Technical Product Support Engineer
IQVIA
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting on open incident / issue • Explore the data and understand if any discrepancy is found • Document, communicate and analyze data discrepancy • Knowledge of operational processes (e.g. ITIL) • Identify any issue on programming code and provide the technical solution/workaround • Effectively articulate findings or results, data trends and able to come up conclusions • Create SQL database queries to verify published data requests, retrieve specific data sets and results as needed for validation purposes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years SQL programming and writing queries
- Hands on experience with Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, Pyspark, Python, Snowflake, Kubernetes
- Preferred qualifications: Hive, Impala, Dbeaver, Kafka, CML, Java
- Strong problem solving and business analytical skills
- Strong understanding of complex concepts and processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel

We’re looking for a Customer Support Analyst to join our fast-growing support team. To be successful in this role, you will have minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience working in a Help Desk / Customer Service role. You are an expert at identifying the root issue presented by a user, through your strong aptitude at identifying a problem’s root cause and quickly finding and implementing steps to remediate it. You’re technically minded and take to new systems with ease.
