Role Description Windigo Logistics is seeking a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, operational analytics, and business partnership across multiple Distribution Centers. This role helps ensure accurate and timely reporting while working closely with Operations, HR, Payroll, Accounting, and customer partners. - Develop, maintain, and execute operational metric reporting. - Support weekly site reporting, invoicing, and variance analysis. - Analyze labor productivity, overtime, and incentive program impacts. - Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and rolling projections. - Support accounting close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations. - Provide data-driven insights to leadership. - Improve reporting tools, SOPs, and finance processes. - Maintain working knowledge of operational workflows, labor drivers, and productivity measures. - Analyze invoices for accuracy and investigate variances. - Maintain documentation and audit trails. - Submit and track requests for pre-funding and pre-fund invoicing. - Ability to forecast changes and communicate key drivers to all stakeholders. - Strategic partner with Operations, Payroll, HR, Accounting, and IT. - Expected to cross-train in Payroll activities. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Financial Analyst: 3–5 years experience. - Senior Financial Analyst: 5+ years demonstrating strong independence. - Logistics or multi-site operations experience preferred. - Strong Excel and analytical skills. - Understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and accrual accounting. - Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Work Environment - Predominantly remote work, must live in Colorado, Arizona or Georgia for proximity to occasional travel to Distribution Centers. - Office environment with standard computer-based work. - Occasional travel and light physical activity. Salary Range $70,000 – $110,000 + 10% bonus eligible

• Provide first hand support to business units with respect to their adhoc data and reporting requests • Works with internal and external customers and suppliers to understand the business requirements behind requested computing initiatives • Develops and deploys reports and dashboards in SSRS and Power BI • Provide inputs on data sources and quality into high-level data flow architecture • Design and develop ETL and integration solutions • Implement design patterns and industry best-practices to develop secure robust integration applications • Actively collaborate with developers and other project resources • Questions existing processes and procedures (both administrative and technical), and offers suggestions and opinions for continuous improvement • Communicates technical ideas and concepts in non-technical language to the business • Takes directions from and works with senior members of the development team on projects and tasks • Adheres to and promotes the environmental, health & safety policies of AFL

• Help modernize how the federal government converts complex financial data into meaningful insights • Ensure a federal agency has the transparency and reporting accuracy needed to meet internal standards • Design and deploy sophisticated Power BI dashboards that transform raw financial data into clear, actionable intelligence for decision-makers • Develop automated reconciliation models using Power BI and D365 data to identify and resolve discrepancies • Leverage the Power Platform to streamline data collection and automate manual reporting tasks • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex accounting requirements into intuitive Dataverse-backed solutions and visualizations

• Investigate: Conduct in-depth reviews of complex fraud cases to identify trends and actionable insights, making clear recommendations on how our customers can use your findings to build trust and mitigate risks. • Analytics: Use your SQL and Python skills to increase our customers’ fraud capture while reducing false positives, conducting offline analysis of customer data to expose patterns and tune rules. • Produce executive-level reports and own the end-to-end delivery of your recommendations by writing rules into the ThreatMetrix® decision engine. • Consulting mindset: Apply effective questioning skills to quickly understand the business and fraud requirements of our customers, no matter their industry. • Share best practices with fraud managers, risk analysts and project managers for combating persistent and emerging security threats. • Customer focus: Demonstrate a professional and customer-centric persona when interacting directly with customers via phone, e-mail, and chat. • Presentation: Use your strong attention to detail and ability to craft a story through data, delivering industry-leading presentations for external and executive audiences with non-technical backgrounds • Learn: Never stop developing your extensive knowledge of cybercrime and become a true SME – account takeover, scams, social engineering, Card Not Present (CNP) fraud, money laundering and mule fraud etc. • Support: Continually disseminate your fraud expertise across the Data Science & Analytics team to support the growth of the team as a whole • Innovate: Propose and support research that deepens our understanding of the most complex fraud risks. Stay ahead of the industry by continuously thinking of new ways to apply our tools and solutions to customer problems such as romance scams and unwitting money mules.
