Implementation Operations Specialist

CertifyOS

• Lead operational workstream components of implementation and onboarding process for new client partners • Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks • Act as the main liaison between Implementation and Operations teams • Develop a deep understanding of US Healthcare Provider Credentialing and Monitoring, as well as Provider Data Management • Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience overall
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, strategy and operations, or a management consulting role
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery of a question or request to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams both internally and externally
  • Strong understanding of US Healthcare Provider Credentialing and Monitoring, as well as Provider Data Management universe
  • Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
