• Own the end to end engineering strategy and execution for DocUpdate’s mobile and backend platforms • Personally lead and mentor teams developing native iOS and Android applications • Ensure successful delivery of mobile apps from initial concept through App Store and Google Play launch and ongoing iterations • Scale and manage an engineering organization of 10-20 engineers, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development • Work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Business to translate requirements into scalable, high quality technical solutions • Drive architectural decisions across mobile and backend systems, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and security • Establish best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and release management • Own analytics and experimentation strategy, including implementation and usage of tools such as Mixpanel, Appsflyer, or similar • Ensure compliance with healthcare related standards and data protection requirements • Act as a key member of the dev leadership team, contributing to company strategy and long term planning

• Serve as a core member of the Stantec EPM team. • Design and develop planning models and cubes for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis requirements. • Build and maintain ETL pipelines from EBS and other data sources with minimal supervision. • Effectively communicate on development and operational support of work status and priority setting. • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies while handling sensitive financial data. • Provide subject matter expertise and participate or lead in the creation of all deliverable content. • Define, design, document and implement required customizations to business rules that impact the model calculations before making any changes to the cubes. • Participate in architecture analysis and planning sessions, contributing subject matter expertise and technical input. • Ensure integration of cube and reporting components with overall enterprise architecture. • Provide hands-on guidance, support, and review for the creation of all technical components. • Advise on planning, coordination, and communications activities. • Develop data designs and scripts for new projects of varying complexity. • Ensure data accuracy by thoroughly testing business uses cases for new or changed ETL processes to extract data from EBS. • Utilize cube design skills to create effective models for efficient and robust historical and real-time reporting. • Develop summarization and reporting processes from detailed data in the reporting cubes. • Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance cube functionality. • Troubleshoot issues collaboratively, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. • Manage stakeholder expectations and guide them on optimal use of reporting tools. • Enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and implementing application roles or OID groups to control access to the application.

• Own the community strategy, operating model, and platform decision, then launch and drive early momentum. • Build core community programs (e.g. office hours, AMAs, challenges, champions). • Own templates and the library end-to-end, including the template quality bar and review process. • Build the technical content pipeline: intake, prioritisation, creation, QA, publishing, curation, and maintenance. • Establish a bottom-up contributor motion (customers, champions, partners) to scale breadth and depth of our templates & library sustainably. • Partner with wider Growth and Product org on developing strong feedback loops and improving user activation. • Partner with Support to make the community genuinely useful from day one via clear escalation and coverage models. • Partner with Marketing on packaging and amplification of programs and content. • Define a small, high-leverage evangelism motion that feeds the community and content engine (bounded scope, minimal travel).

• Conduct Business Process Assessments to uncover agentic use cases and the data supporting them • Design, build, and deploy Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio and AI Foundry, including plugins, actions, and custom connectors • Architect agentic workflows that integrate with Microsoft 365, business applications, APIs, and enterprise systems • Prepare and shape customer data for effective use in Copilot experiences, ensuring alignment with AI readiness best practices • Build modern business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages • Develop automated workflows that integrate Microsoft 365 and line-of-business applications • Create and manage custom connectors, environment configurations, and governance-aligned solutions • Develop solutions that bridge Copilot, Power Platform, Azure services, and line-of-business systems • Support API integration, data transformation, and operational logic using PowerFx, JavaScript, C#, or Azure Functions • Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of delivered solutions • Partner closely with Interlink’s Modern Work, Security, and Data & AI teams to align technical solutions with customer goals • Participate in customer discovery sessions and translate business needs into actionable architectures
