• Transform existing games into interactive user experiences • Optimize playable ads for best user experience, scalability and adaptability • Integrate an analytics solution to measure interactions and get insight to offer the best user experience • Build interactive playable templates, customizable by any graphic designer • Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g. testing new tools, implementing new processes, etc.) • Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why • Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities • Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hyper casual, casual, consumer apps, etc.) • Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas

Job Requirements

  • Fully proficient with playable ads creation or Unity projects (size optimized to be used as playable)
  • Experience with playable ads creation on Unity, Cocos Creator or any relevant platform
  • Adequate knowledge of objects oriented programming and web game development
  • Proactive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual games
  • Creative mindset and knowledge in game design
  • Familiarity with 3rd party SDKs, analytics, and A/B testing in mobile games (preferred but not essential)
