• Process invoices end-to-end — intake, coding, routing for approval, and payment runs in Bill.com — accurately and on time. • Reconcile company credit card transactions (Brex) in QuickBooks Online and ensure accurate general ledger coding and expense classification. • Respond to payment inquiries from team members and vendors with clarity and patience. • Flag spend anomalies, miscodes, missing approvals, duplicate invoices, and unusual vendors — and escalate appropriately. • Support month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliation updates and resolving outstanding items. • Handle vendor setup, W-9 collection, and vendor file hygiene. • Maintain accurate documentation and a clean audit trail throughout. • Contribute to ad-hoc projects — spend analysis, process documentation, or lightweight automation work using AI-assisted tools — as directed by the Finance team.

• Provide advanced operational, analytical, and risk-mitigation support to partners and senior leaders. • Oversee contract intake, review, and approval workflows for accuracy and completeness. • Maintain documentation on contract reviews and escalate risks to leadership. • Prepare financial summaries, variance analyses, and insights for leadership review. • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline tracking activities. • Support training efforts and recommend improvements to workflows.

• Lead the design and execution of Pathfinder’s strategy to unlock market opportunities. • Identify, evaluate and pursue strategic opportunities with donors, investors, private sector entities, and multilateral organizations. • Represent Pathfinder in high-level investment networks, key forums and investor roundtables. • Collaborate with Pathfinder teams for due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance processes related to external investments and partnerships. • Track performance metrics and report on ROI, impact, and strategic alignment.

• Lead and manage litigation teams in complex commercial matters in federal and state courts across the United States. • Represent banks, master servicers, special servicers, CMBS trusts, insurance companies, and other lenders. • Handle litigation and loan servicing matters relating to commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). • Manage contested bankruptcy matters, UCC sales, mezzanine loan enforcement, and replevin actions. • Protect lenders’ interests in loans secured by hotels, retail properties, office and industrial assets, multifamily and healthcare properties, ground leases, and pledged personal property interests. • Defend financial institutions in lender liability actions, including claims involving breach of contract and fraud. • Handle complex business disputes involving contracts, franchise agreements, real estate matters, and shareholder disputes. • Represent clients in arbitration proceedings, including before the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
