Learn more at www.circana.com. What will you be doing? Provide high‑quality administrative support to the Chief People Officer and the Human Resources team. This includes managing calendars, meetings, expenses, suppliers, orders, inquiries about Circana procedures, association memberships, invoice tracking, and work in DocuSign and Adobe. You’ll also handle other tasks and requests as they come up. Job Responsibilities - Build strong working relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and vendors through clear and consistent communication. - Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality in all interactions and with all materials; use sound judgment at all times. - Support day‑to‑day team needs, including maintaining distribution lists and the HR team calendar. - Coordinate cross‑functional meetings and training sessions. - Manage the Chief People Officer’s calendar and schedule meetings on their behalf. - Plan and support meetings (in person and virtual), capture and transcribe minutes, track action items and deliverables, and coordinate events, travel, and accommodations. - Maintain accurate records of HR and corporate documents, including decisions and approvals. - Review and refine administrative processes to keep work running smoothly. Requirements - 5+ years of experience supporting C‑level executives. - Strong professionalism, business judgment, and maturity. - Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. - High proficiency in MS Office and related platforms such as MS Teams. - Strong project and task management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. - Experience with scheduling and calendar management. - Willingness to adjust hours when needed for early or late meetings. - Experience with Concur is a plus. - Experience working in DocuSign and Adobe. The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $50 - $60 per hour. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
