Job Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in university (ideally starting from your 3rd–4th semester).
  • You are organized, analytical, tech-savvy and eager to take on practical responsibility and develop professionally.
  • You are interested in Sales Operations, data, systems and processes and want to understand how modern sales organizations are structured.
  • You work in a structured, analytical and reliable manner, especially when handling CRM data and reports.
  • You have strong technical/tool affinity and enjoy working with CRM, reporting and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Excel/Sheets, AI tools).
  • You think in numbers, recognize patterns and are committed to measurably improving processes.
