• You will be responsible for operational sales operations tasks and ensure our sales team can work in a data-driven, efficient, and scalable way — forming the foundation for sustainable growth. • You will take operational ownership of our CRM system (HubSpot), ensure data quality, and develop structures that provide the sales team with real decision-making foundations. • You will analyze sales data, produce meaningful reports, and derive valuable insights to optimize processes. • You will identify manual, inefficient sales processes and automate them using modern tools and AI-powered solutions. • You will act as an interface between customers, sales, and internal teams, ensuring information flows efficiently and processes run seamlessly. • You will contribute fresh ideas and support the implementation of new AI-supported tools and technologies, working closely with our performance marketing team and external CRM partner.
