If you have a passion for language, cultural nuance, and accuracy, we’d love to hear from you! - Listen to audio recordings in the target language and transcribe content with a high level of accuracy. - Add timestamps to transcriptions to ensure alignment with the audio. - Tag recordings with emotions, context, and other relevant metadata to enhance project deliverables. - Ensure that transcriptions are culturally relevant and reflect the intended tone and meaning of the recordings. - Collaborate with the project team to ensure consistency and quality across all transcriptions. - Meet project deadlines and adhere to specific transcription guidelines and formatting requirements. Qualifications - Native or professional proficiency (C1/C2 level) in the target language and strong English proficiency. - Prior experience in transcription, translation, or linguistic projects is highly desirable. - Ability to understand and differentiate regional dialects, emotions, and contextual cues in audio recordings. - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver error-free transcriptions. - Familiarity with transcription tools/software and the ability to work with timestamps and tagging. - Availability to commit to deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality work. • Vacancy for English-THAI / BURMESE / TAGALOG / UZBEK Language Interpreter • Mode : Work From Home [Night Shift] • Working Schedule - Days : 5 days, 2 rest days (rotating and can't be choose) • Role : You’ll interpret live conversations, help THAI / BURMESE / TAGALOG/ UZBEK speaker caller and English operator understand each other.

• Support communication by interpreting for professionals and technical calls • Work night shifts (Asia Time) • Work 40 hours/week • Shift starts from 8PM to 12AM onwards

• Provide consecutive interpretation services between English and Spanish across various industries (medical, legal, customer service, etc.) • Ensure complete accuracy, clarity, and neutrality in interpretation—preserving tone, intent, and emotion • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times • Manage call flow professionally, including respectfully intervening when clarification is needed • Demonstrate emotional intelligence, especially in high-pressure or emotionally charged interactions • Apply short term memory retention, active listening, and note taking techniques to manage longer exchanges • Remain strictly within the interpreter’s role without offering personal opinions or advice • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and feedback sessions to maintain and enhance performance • Utilize basic computer tools (MS Office, internal platforms) to effectively manage calls and log activity
