Webflow Developer

• Design and build dynamic Webflow sites, including landing pages, blogs, and client portals using Webflow's CMS and animations. • Integrate third-party tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zapier, and custom JavaScript for enhanced functionality. • Optimize sites for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness using Semrush and Google tools. • Collaborate on A/B tests and CRO experiments to boost user engagement. • Troubleshoot and maintain sites with HTML/CSS/JS tweaks and Figma handoffs. • Support marketing campaigns with rapid page deployments. • Integrate AI Capabilities: Connect Webflow projects with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs (specifically OpenAI/ChatGPT) to build dynamic, AI-powered user experiences. • API Optimization: Architect AI workflows to optimize for latency, token consumption, and cost-efficiency, ensuring fast and reliable responses. • Component Development: Understanding of Storybook for building, testing, and documenting UI components in isolation is a plus.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Webflow experience (certified preferred).
  • 4+ years of Javascript experience and 2+ years of react.
  • 2+ years of GSAP animation experience
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Webflow Logic/CMS.
  • Experience with SEO tools (Semrush/Google Analytics), integrations (Zapier/HubSpot), and design tools (Figma).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and CRO best practices.
  • AI API Integration: Proven experience implementing and managing integrations with AI models like ChatGPT/OpenAI in web applications.
  • Technical Optimization: Strong understanding of how to optimize AI API calls, including handling rate limits, caching strategies, and minimizing latency.
  • Cloud Exposure: Basic exposure to AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically understanding concepts like storing secrets or simple script hosting.
