• Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to closing—against quarterly and annual targets. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewals. • Consultatively sell Adjust’s suite of solutions and services, adapting your pitch to a wide range of stakeholders and decision makers. • Monitor client usage patterns and sentiment to proactively manage health and reduce churn risk. • Identify and execute expansion and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. • Provide input to the product team based on client feedback and market trends. • Represent Adjust at industry events and with mobile ecosystem partners to elevate brand visibility. • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce (SFDC).
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role (Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success) within a SaaS, AdTech, or investment banking, consulting company.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas or client retention goals.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing product features, integrations, and technical concepts with stakeholders.
- Strong ability to understand local markets and customer needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions and active listening.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

Pinewood.AI is expanding rapidly in the US, and we’re looking for our first CARS Account Executives to help drive that growth. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role centred on selling our CARS (Connect, Assist, Reach and Serve) AI solutions to automotive dealerships outside the Top 100–150 groups. You’ll take a consultative approach to selling modular AI products powered by Seez, helping dealership leaders modernise digital operations, improve customer engagement, and unlock measurable performance gains. This role is about fast, repeatable CARS wins - not broad platform sales, and requires someone who thrives in new business development, understands automotive retail, and is energised by building territory momentum from the ground up. If you’re commercially driven, comfortable with outbound prospecting, and motivated by shaping a new market presence in a growing organisation, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact.
