Job Requirements

  • Рівень англійської Upper Intermediate English (B2+);
  • Ветеринарна освіта, досвід роботи з тваринами, розуміння їх поведінки та психології. Відповідні сертифікати будуть перевагою;
  • Глибоке розуміння потреб клієнтів та бажання допомогти їм досягти своїх цілей;
  • Сильна емпатія та здатність ефективно спілкуватися з клієнтами;
  • Гнучкість для роботи в позмінному графіку (включаючи нічні зміни - до 6 нічних в місяць);
  • Швидкість набору тексту англійською мовою не менше 30-40 слів за хвилину;
  • Просунуте володіння ПК та програмного забезпечення;
  • Інтерес до основ поведінки собаки, методів тренування. Любов до тварин;
  • Бажано, але не обовʼязково: Досвід у сфері клієнтської підтримки, продажів, утримання клієнтів або просто в customer service;
  • Знання та досвід роботи з CRM-системами (Zendesk, Freshdesk або інші);
  • Вміння адаптуватися до конструктивного зворотного зв’язку та вміння надавати такий фідбек.
