• Write, edit, and format safety manuals, policies, procedures, and guidance documents. • Refresh and revise existing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with current OSHA/HSE standards. • Draft materials for construction site safety meetings and toolbox talks. • Prepare clear, concise summaries and follow-ups from safety meetings and client engagements. • Incorporate regulatory requirements and best practices into content by researching OSHA and industry standards. • Ensure all documents are delivered with exceptional attention to detail, accurate technical information, consistent terminology, and proper formatting. • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to validate technical content. • Prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines. • Track deliverables to ensure timely completion with minimal revision cycles.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably with safety, compliance, or industrial content.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free documentation.
  • High level of accountability and demonstrated ability to reliably meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing shifting priorities.
  • Preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • OSHA 30-Hour Training Certification or equivalent safety training experience.
  • Experience writing safety manuals, compliance documentation, or construction-focused materials.
  • Familiarity with contractor compliance platforms and requirements.
  • Experience working with subject matter experts and translating technical language into clear, user-friendly content.
