• Prepare content recommendations for the content writer. When the content is ready (Landing page content or blog) - check that it’s aligned with the recommendations. • Develop and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple agency clients, including completing upcoming month strategies before the 10th as part of the reporting cycle. • At the beginning of each month, review team progress, finalize pending tasks from the previous month, and ensure all deliverables are completed before the 10th. • Identify completed and outstanding tasks, allocate work to self and team members, and schedule monthly activities accordingly. • Conduct daily 15-minute morning meetings to align on priorities, confirm task assignments, and set end-of-day deliverables. • Prepare and quality-check monthly client reports (via Looker Studio) with team support, ensuring accuracy, strategic alignment, and actionable insights before submission. • Provide additional analysis and insights upon client request. • Conduct technical SEO audits for new and existing websites, and review audits completed by team members to ensure accuracy and strategic relevance. • Create detailed recommendations for landing page optimization and on-page improvements. • Perform weekly website checks to monitor performance, identify urgent issues, and address ranking or traffic drops promptly. • Manage new client onboarding activities, including keyword research, site structure planning, proposal preparation, meta mapping, and Google My Business optimization. • Collaborate closely with web developers, content writers, and link builders to implement SEO best practices, coordinating through the dev team lead when required. • Track the implementation of approved tasks, maintain a completion tracker, and forward approved action items to the development team. • Manage and guide the link-building team, overseeing outreach strategies and backlink quality. • Review all SEO deliverables prepared by team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and alignment with strategic objectives. • Stay up to date with SEO algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices, integrating them into client strategies. • Utilize relevant platforms and tools such as Google tools, account management tools, LinkedIn Manager (for LinkedIn Ads), and TikTok Manager (for TikTok Ads), as applicable.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist
  • Preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge and ability to conduct comprehensive audits
  • Experience managing link building campaigns and understanding of white-hat link acquisition strategies
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
