• Design and produce marketing and communication materials including: • Digital graphics • Social media assets • Website visuals • Email marketing graphics • Presentations • Print materials such as brochures, flyers, and event collateral • Ensure all design outputs adhere to our clients brand guidelines and visual standards • Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into creative visual assets • Prepare final artwork for digital publishing and print production • Assist with the development of marketing campaign visuals • Edit and enhance images, graphics, and layouts for various platforms • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions • Manage multiple design requests and meet project deadlines • Maintain organized design files and assets for efficient retrieval • Stay updated on current design trends and best practices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design
  • Experience working in corporate marketing, agency, or in-house creative teams
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience designing for both digital and print media
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
  • Ability to interpret marketing briefs and translate them into creative designs
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with PowerPoint presentation design (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (After Effects or Premiere Pro) (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools (preferred)
  • Experience working with B2B or corporate brands (preferred)
