Junior Coordinator Information Security – Information Security Assistant

Allegion

• You actively contribute to the establishment and maintenance of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). • You prepare internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX), consolidate evidence, review checklists, and document deviations. • You act as a liaison between IT, HR and other departments to communicate security requirements clearly. • You help formulate security policies and organize awareness campaigns to engage colleagues in security topics. • You assist in assessing security incidents and track the implementation of key protective measures.

Job Requirements

  • You don’t have to be an expert yet, but you should bring strong IT affinity and a willingness to learn.
  • A completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus) or vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist).
  • Basic knowledge of the IT landscape helps you assess risks correctly.
  • You work in a structured, conscientious manner and enjoy distilling complex issues into clear, precise points.
  • You are eager to dive deep into standards, compliance and security frameworks.
  • Residence in southern Germany: you live in the southern German region and work 100% remotely.
