Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable, payroll processing, and month-end close.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and payroll platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with multi-entity or international payroll processing preferred.
- Knowledge of process automation tools and software preferred.
- Experience in flux analysis and financial forecasting preferred.

Role Description The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for assigned clients, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and timely monthly financial reporting.
