Agency Finance Loan Servicing is a division of the Capital One Commercial Bank, this team supports numerous critical processes and transactions. One of the most impactful groups in the Loan Servicing team is the Loan Operations Team. The team supports a total loan portfolio of $50BN and provides ongoing support for the life of the loan. Responsibilities - Oversee daily critical loan- and investor-level loan maintenance in the loan servicing system, such as payoffs, defeasances, customer auto-debits, and investor transfers tied to ongoing loan sales and securitizations. - Perform advanced exception system maintenance while proactively identifying control opportunities to minimize risk. - Review and approve analysis of system exception reports and related system maintenance with a high degree of accuracy and assist associates with resolving outages. - Monitor and approve daily Bloomberg index uploads and facilitate changes as required by the GSEs or market conditions. - Manage payment of post-closing fees to attorneys, investors, and third parties; evaluate documentation to ensure information is complete and required signatures are included. - Initiate, support, and enhance internal reporting and metrics tracking, including tracking project performance and remediation activity. - Review and analyze loan documents to ensure accurate loan data and make evidence-based recommendations. - Collaborate with the loan servicing system vendor regarding system issues, version upgrades, and modifications or enhancements. - Lead planning, testing, and implementation of new functionality and processes aimed to streamline and/or automate manual tasks. - Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite - Serve as a subject matter expert for Loan Operations, providing excellent customer service and clearly communicating complex results to teammates, Borrowers, Investor contacts, attorneys, and internal partners.
