The EHRT Reporting and Analytic Systems team is looking for a Lead-IT Analyst/Programmer to lead the Hospital and Inpatient Reporting team. The Lead will be responsible for supporting team members, working through resolving incidents in a timely manner, managing project work, coordinating quarterly upgrades, triaging enhancement requests, and assisting with team management. The team supports many critical and complex areas across several Epic application areas related to the Hospital workflows and inpatient units. The lead plays a critical role in ensuring the needs of our customers are understood and met. They are the front end of requirements gathering, translating requirements and problem solving, or providing direction on behalf of the customer to report developers. Accountable for project results and goals set by senior Mayo leadership and provides updates to IT leaders on long-term goal attainment. Directly oversees the activities of the members of the team assigned to the development and maintenance of software-based systems in the supported areas. Provides leadership for the design or selection of solutions, creates and/or implements cross-functional project teams (intact or virtual), and brings together the hardware, software, and personnel responsibilities for implementing solutions to support a customer area.
