Position Summary  Nautilus Solar Energy’s (“NSE”) Director of Construction will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing development and construction of NSE’s solar PV generating portfolios in assigned regions. As an important member of the operations team, you will support Project Managers, projects, and clients at all stages of development, planning, installation as well as ongoing operations and maintenance efforts. The Director of Construction will report to the VP of Operations. The position is a remote position with 25% of travel required.    Responsibilities:  Management  - Manage all Project Manager and EPC activities.   - Manage Construction Team for timely execution of quality projects within board approved budget.  - Assure all projects in the pipeline remain on schedule and on budget by oversite and mentoring of the Construction Team.  - Lead the project life cycle once MIPA is signed from early-stage development through construction, commissioning, and ongoing support of Asset Management.  - Assist Origination and Acquisitions & Development teams in evaluating and completing due diligence of projects and portfolios.  - Actively contribute to process improvement .  - Manage internal resources to effectively build strong teams to support the successful execution of projects.  - Manage all external resources in a professional manner to build relationships that create beneficial partners to support project execution and the goals of NSE.     - Create and/or review and comment on project requirement documents, schedules, cost estimates, contracts, invoices, and other key information related to projects in a timely manner.  - Manage project data within the NSE software platforms.  Platform data to be reviewed on an ongoing basis to assure data is current and accurate.  - Oversee the Request for Proposal with the Procurement team by:  - Assembling and sharing all required bid documentation  - Obtain a minimum of 3 valid proposals for each project/ portfolio  - Evaluate and refine proposals to assure complete scope of work  - Cost level and compare proposals  - Select preferred vendor and review results with Director of Operations for final vendor selection.  Contracts  - Prepare and participate in the review of contract documents for projects including the creation, lists of deliverables and other project management related items.   - Work with Legal and VP of Construction to execute contracts.  Additional Duties  - Perform periodic site visits as required from initial site evaluation through final completion.  - Review and approve all invoices in a timely manner.  - Additional duties tasks as required.  - Familiarity with industry standard project management methods such as Project Management Professional (PMP) best practices, ISO9000 guidelines, and other similar best practices  - Solar PV experience as Director of Construction, proven project reporting of financial, work and schedule progress  - Organizational and process orientation skills to clearly maintain documentation, correspondence, and related files  - Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and tasks  - Knowledge of construction processes and practices in electrical, civil, and structural trades  - OSHA and other federal, state, and local safety practices to allow audits of site activities  - Proficiency with Project planning and Management Software, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet and other similar software  - Ability to review Schedules and Budgets for accuracy and completeness  - Contract negotiation and establishing Design Build Contracts, within Company Protocol  - 5 years of relevant PV project Director Level experience   - Undergraduate Degree (Engineering or related)  - Ability to work independently as required  - Strong verbal and written communication skills  - Internal communication and team approach are a must  - Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.   - Competitive Salary  $185,000 - Annual Performance Bonus   - Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability) are 100% covered by Nautilus  - 401k offered with employer match

Qualifications - High School Graduate (College Preferred) - One-year billing/posting or general office experience preferred. - Computer skills preferred, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. • Run a structured issue intake + triage workflow: client report → scoping questions → impact analysis → RCA → fix plan → validation → closeout. • Communicate with clients clearly and consistently: acknowledge receipt, gather details, provide status updates, explain impact and timelines, and document outcomes. • Investigate reported issues using system artifacts (config, logs, event history, screenshots, data exports) to determine whether the issue is product behavior, configuration, misuse, or misunderstanding. • Perform impact analysis: identify who/what is affected, severity, timeframe, and any downstream reporting or operational implications for the client. • Produce crisp internal writeups: problem statement, reproduction steps, evidence, hypothesis, root cause, decision log, and recommended remediation. • Translate findings into actionable product requirements and work items for Product/Engineering (acceptance criteria, edge cases, risk notes). • Coordinate fix delivery with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Support/CS, Compliance leadership), keeping cycle time and clarity high. • Design test plans and test evidence for fixes (before/after proof, scenario coverage, regression checklist). • Expand automated regression coverage over time (API tests, scripted tests, data-driven test cases); use AI-assisted test generation to propose edge cases and synthetic scenarios without hype. • Track trends in issues (recurrence, root causes, time-to-close), and recommend targeted quality improvements to reduce repeat volume. • Stay apprised of new and updated mortgage servicing regulations across federal, state, and investor/GSE sources; maintain an internal change log with effective dates and key obligations. • Triage potential changes as they emerge: assess applicability by product area and client segment, identify urgency, and flag ambiguous interpretations for escalation. • Perform structured impact analyses for each relevant change, including workflow impacts, data and reporting impacts, operational dependencies, client configuration considerations, and residual risk. • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate regulatory changes into clear requirements, scope options, and a pragmatic change plan (milestones, owners, testing approach, and timeline).
