• Provides functional leadership and oversight to the SCM functional team members in successfully implementing a wide range of Oracle SCM Cloud applications across different industries for complex, mid to large size implementations oftentimes simultaneously on multiple engagements • Has extensive experience in leading Oracle Cloud Application requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions • Using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client business scenarios. • Leads the implementation team in creating the overall Enterprise Cloud solution. This includes both technical and functional solutions. • Has solid experience in extending Oracle Cloud Applications, such as with PaaS and other extension approaches and technologies. This involves designing solutions and writing specifications to create custom applications and integrating them with Oracle Cloud Applications. • Analyzes current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary. • Leads, mentors, trains and guides the Oracle Cloud applications implementation team on the ground. • Provides thought leadership and identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems. • Develops and implements long-term client strategies. • Acts as the primary point of contact for clients. Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Keep all parties informed about project progress, challenges, and changes. • Actively engages project stakeholders in the estimation process, being mindful of the impact of strategic business changes. • Supports business partners in presenting solution value to key stakeholders effectively. • Collaborates with third-party vendors and suppliers to source necessary hardware, software, or services. Negotiates contracts and agreements to secure the best terms for the client. • Presents compelling business cases, clearly quantifying the benefits of proposed solutions. • Continuously monitors the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization. Provides recommendations for updates, upgrades, or modifications as needed.

• Architect and design Oracle EPM Planning and Essbase solutions tailored to meet business requirements and financial/operational planning processes. • Lead the implementation of EPM Planning and Essbase solutions, including installation, configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. • Develop and maintain Essbase cubes, calculation scripts, business rules, and Essbase databases to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. • Optimize performance and scalability of EPM Planning and Essbase applications through performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Planning and Essbase applications, including issue resolution, system enhancements, and user training. • Stay current with Oracle EPM Planning and Essbase product updates, patches, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. • Participate in presales activities, as needed, to develop client solutions and presentations, and to demonstrate, present, and explain Argano’s offerings to prospective clients. • Perform technical evaluations of current EPM solutions and offer guidance. • Mentor junior team members and share expertise in Planning and Essbase technologies.

• Assist in defining and evolving business architecture strategy based on situational awareness of enterprise scenarios, motivations, and constraints. • Capture tactical and strategic enterprise goals, mapping them to metrics for ongoing governance and traceability. • Describe the healthcare system’s primary business functions—distinguishing customer-facing, supplier-related, business execution, and business management functions. • Define strategic, core, and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries; identify external entities (e.g., patients, payers, suppliers, partner systems) and articulate people, resources, and controls involved. • Analyze current-state vs. target-state business and technology architectures; contribute to roadmap development and phased implementation plans. • Collaborate with client business and IT teams through shadowing, workshops, and process mapping to understand workflows and identify automation use cases. • Evaluate opportunities from financial, operational, risk, compliance, and technical perspectives. • Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of automation opportunities aligned to program goals and enterprise strategy. • Design and develop automation architectures and reusable components that incorporate best practices and design guidelines. • Address upstream and downstream workflows, including data inputs/outputs (e.g., exports), exception management, and integrations with clinical, revenue cycle, and administrative systems. • Produce documentation across the lifecycle: assessments, solution/design documents, technical specifications, test plans, and performance dashboards. • Provide input to project management and governance to ensure timely, compliant delivery of automation solutions. • Consult on institute-facing projects; maintain awareness of scope, progress, risks, and interdependencies.
