• Conduct regular workshops to elicit and capture functional requirements from diverse stakeholders, including preparation and follow-up, agenda setting, facilitation, and ensuring results • Actively support stakeholder management: expectation management, coordination of alignments, clarifications, and tracking decisions and next steps • Draft written requirements documents (e.g., functional specifications, requirements catalogs, decision papers) in a clear and traceable form • Act as the primary contact for any questions regarding functional requirements • Develop or contribute to decision papers on functional requirements (options, impacts, recommendations) • Facilitate various meeting formats (e.g., annual meetings, leadership meetings) in a structured, authoritative and results-oriented manner
Job Requirements
- Several years of practical experience (3–5+ years) focused on requirements management
- Very strong facilitation skills: you guide groups through complex discussions and distill clear outcomes
- Relevant experience in the public administration / public sector context is a must
- Leadership and project management experience: you take responsibility, prioritize, coordinate, and keep topics moving
- Experience with analytics/reporting systems (e.g., reporting/analysis tools, domain-specific analyses, data-driven derivations) is a plus but not required
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level), and conversational-level English

Role Description The Automotive OEM Manager serves as Roehm’s strategic ambassador to major automotive OEMs across North America, driving high-impact partnerships and shaping the future of our materials portfolio. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Polymer Science, Engineering, Chemistry) or a non-technical degree with proven industry experience; MBA is a plus. - Minimum 7 years of sales, technical, marketing, OEM development, or business development experience in the plastics industry—preferably supplying the automotive sector. - Minimum 5 years of dedicated Automotive OEM management experience with demonstrated success securing programs and approvals. - Must reside within a 2-hour drive of the Detroit metropolitan area and be able to travel approximately 50%, including occasional international trips. - Proven ability to lead within a heavily matrixed, cross-functional, multicultural environment; highly self-motivated with strong influence and relationship-building skills. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms.
