• Develop and test new features, integrations and enhancements according to design specifications and requirements • Ability to deeply understand aligned products, integrations, or software with OCHIN systems • Lead working sessions directly with OCHIN members, vendors, and/or staff to design/create application solutions that fit operational needs • Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering skill development and competency growth in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements

• Build and extend REST API endpoints in ObjectScript on InterSystems IRIS • Write persistent data classes with SQL queries for clinical data types • Implement business logic for patient data retrieval and clinical record aggregation • Collaborate across a multi-system platform: Angular frontend, IRIS backend, and .NET job services

• Lead the efficiency of technology usage for Diller Teen Fellows and the Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards. • Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing user profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data privacy across global regions. • Execute regular data audits and "cleanup" sprints to maintain a high standard of data hygiene. • Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards and custom reports that track program recruitment, alumni engagement, and award applications. • Manage integrations and specific packages, including Enrollment RX for applications and Pardot for automated marketing/email campaigns. • Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Formstack, optimizing workflows to reduce manual data entry. • Manage the front-end of our WordPress-based websites; this includes updating seasonal content, ensuring plugin stability, and managing SEO metadata. • Proactively research and propose new software solutions or automations that solve recurring "pain points" for the program teams. • Act as the technical translator between our internal staff and the host IT departments (JFBA/JFNA).

• Create, maintain, monitor and support optimal application integration solutions leveraging API’s, web services and system-specific functionality to execute business processes • Design, develop and deploy solutions for batch and continuous (near-real time) data integration solutions • Design and implement solutions using API-led Integration and Agile Development processes • Administer, monitor and support data movement infrastructure (Informatica environments, ETL and IOT processes, scripts and utilities) • Work closely with Oracle ERP, Salesforce and Power BI Developers, Architects and Analysts • Manage ETL defects, enhancements and new functionality requests • Identify and resolve problems with data processing infrastructure, processes, systems and tools • Recommend solutions for improvement and standardization • Assist with leveraging Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services new features, software installation, upgrade and patching • Lead DevOps process maturity supporting a Continuous Integration strategy across key systems in the IT portfolio • Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs • Engage with colleagues to implement End to End digital solutions that utilize cloud, AI, automation, IoT, API and other multi-vendor capabilities • Support “Lean Business Enterprise” initiatives for continuous process improvement and waste elimination.
