Customer Support Specialist – Technical Products Product Line: Kwikset (Primary) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Customer Support Specialist to support the Kwikset product line, specializing in smart and specialty lock solutions such as keypad and smartphone‑enabled locks. Responsibilities Job Summary The BENEFITS REP Reviews and administers the employee benefit programs including the enrollment process, maintenance of employee benefit records, and leave of absence program.
