QA Analyst

• Diseñar, ejecutar y documentar casos de prueba basados en requerimientos y criterios de aceptación. • Realizar pruebas funcionales, de integración y de regresión. • Identificar, reportar y dar seguimiento a defectos, asegurando su correcta resolución. • Documentar evidencia de pruebas de forma clara, ordenada y trazable. • Colaborar activamente con equipos de Desarrollo, Producto, QA y BA. • Participar en ceremonias ágiles bajo marcos Scrum y/o Kanban. • Brindar soporte en iniciativas de automatización de pruebas, con foco en APIs. • Validar datos en bases de datos mediante consultas SQL cuando sea necesario. • Proponer mejoras en procesos de testing, calidad y buenas prácticas.

Job Requirements

  • +2 años de experiencia en testing funcional y manual.
  • Experiencia sólida en diseño, ejecución y documentación de casos de prueba.
  • Experiencia en identificación, reporte y seguimiento de defectos.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles (Scrum y/o Kanban).
  • Capacidad para documentar evidencias de prueba de manera clara y estructurada.
  • Conocimientos básicos o intermedios de SQL para validación de datos.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo multidisciplinario.
  • Fuerte orientación a la calidad del producto y a la mejora continua.

  • Experiencia básica o intermedia en automatización de pruebas.
  • Testing de APIs utilizando herramientas como Postman.
  • Automatización con Python, PyTest y/o Selenium.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de pruebas y defectos como Jira, TestRail, Xray o similares.

This 90-day contract position will provide hands-on operational support across vendor oversight and related compliance processes.
