• Own the admin so your client can focus on what matters. • Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling with precision • Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, last-minute changes) • Handle client and vendor communication as the first point of contact • Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage documentation • Research topics, summarize findings, and support decision-making • Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items • Handle personal tasks when needed (appointments, reservations, errands) • Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business and personal matters.
