Regional Manager

• Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies to achieve company objectives. • Lead, coach, and manage Business Development Managers, Relationship Managers, and Client Services within the assigned region. • Identify and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), Influencers, Money Managers, and institutional partners. • Drive client acquisition, retention, and trading activity to maximize revenue. • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and strategic partners. • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments. • Ensure compliance with company policies, AML/KYC procedures, and local financial regulations. • Collaborate with Marketing to plan regional campaigns, seminars, webinars, and promotional events. • Prepare sales forecasts, regional budgets, and performance reports for senior management. • Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve team productivity and client satisfaction. • Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high service standards. • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate regional sales staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in the Forex, CFD, financial services, or brokerage industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or regional management role.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales management.
  • Strong network within the Forex and financial trading industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Deep understanding of Forex, CFDs, trading platforms, and financial markets
  • Knowledge of AML, KYC, and financial compliance requirements
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
