This role is well-suited for those with advanced financial modeling expertise and a demonstrated ability to translate sophisticated analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders, with exposure to senior leadership and enterprise decision-making. You may have a background in investment banking or transaction services and seek an opportunity in a strategic, non-transactional operating environment with greater ownership and ongoing impact. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties. What You’ll Bring to the Team: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - 6+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction services (financial due diligence), private equity, or other highly analytical, performance-driven finance roles - Demonstrated expertise in advanced financial modeling, including building integrated 3-statement models, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and valuation frameworks (e.g., DCF) - Experience working with large, high-volume datasets and translating data into structured financial insights. - Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to present complex quantitative analysis to non-financial stakeholders. - Demonstrated comfort operating in a private equity-backed or similarly performance-driven setting. - Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with planning systems, ERP platforms, and data visualization tools preferred. - High intellectual rigor, strong ownership mindset, and ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. A plus if you have… - MBA or CFA Where You’ll Work: This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment! - Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions. - Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go! - Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software. - Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
