Role Description We’re looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to help build and scale the systems, automation, and infrastructure that power our go-to-market organization. This role expands our revenue systems capacity while accelerating intelligent automation across sales, marketing, and customer success. You’ll operate with a builder mindset—someone who doesn’t just maintain systems but designs and implements scalable, AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency and drive measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and GTM leadership, you’ll help architect the infrastructure that supports pipeline growth, customer expansion, and operational excellence. This role blends strong CRM expertise, automation engineering, data fluency, and emerging AI capabilities in a high-growth SaaS environment. Location: This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered. What You'll Do - Design and implement automation that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market teams - Architect and deploy AI-powered GTM automations - including multi-agent MCP workflows, no-code/low-code tools, and custom-built internal tooling. - Create, own, and maintain Salesforce Apex code to support custom CRM logic, triggers, and workflow automation. - Develop intelligent routing, territory assignment, and operational workflows within CRM and automation platforms - Continuously test, measure, and optimize automation performance to ensure measurable business impact - Administer and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging advanced automation, flows, and custom functionality - Support integrations across the GTM tech stack including marketing automation, enrichment platforms, CPQ, and contract management tools - Design scalable workflows that support lead management, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle processes - Reduce manual work across marketing, sales, and customer success through thoughtful system design and automation - Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Prototype and evaluate new tools, AI platforms, and automation technologies that enhance system capabilities - Maintain system documentation, governance standards, and data integrity across the GTM technology ecosystem - Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into funnel performance, automation effectiveness, and system adoption The Impact You'll Have At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. - Expanding the automation and technical capabilities of the GTM organization - Building systems and workflows that increase productivity across sales, marketing, and customer success teams - Reducing operational complexity and manual work through intelligent automation - Improving data accuracy, process reliability, and cross-team collaboration - Helping CompanyCam scale its revenue operations infrastructure as the business grows Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or similar technical roles - Strong hands-on experience administering and optimizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms - Experience designing and implementing automation workflows across multiple GTM systems - Technical fluency working with APIs, integrations, and system orchestration tools - Experience building or experimenting with AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions - Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field - A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving. - A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
