• Translate business needs into AI requirements and use cases, assessing feasibility, risks, cost/benefit and impact, and defining success criteria (KPIs) for scalable, secure solutions. • Act as a bridge between business and technology, aligning expectations and priorities with development, data, data science teams and stakeholders, ensuring a common understanding of scope, assumptions and constraints. • Map and prioritize opportunities to apply AI across business areas, identifying pain points, potential gains and dependencies (data, processes, integrations), and supporting change management for adoption. • Analyze business processes and data (AS-IS / TO-BE) to identify improvements, propose journeys and business rules, and specify how AI can optimize processes and increase efficiency and quality. • Define and maintain functional guidelines for the use of AI (e.g., governance, privacy, explainability, auditability, consent and retention), ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements together with the responsible areas. • Provide technical guidance at the analysis and specification level, ensuring delivery quality through functional documentation, acceptance criteria, test plans (including bias, performance and monitoring) and validation with users and business areas. • Monitor AI trends and technologies from a business-value perspective, assessing applicability, risks and opportunities, and recommending evolutions for the solution portfolio and roadmap.

• Support the development of industry-leading software products • Work within an international Scrum team • Act as the key interface between Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and Business stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data-driven solutions • Analyze and optimize business processes and product functionalities • Elicit, structure, and validate business requirements • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and system models (UML/BPMN) • Define acceptance criteria and support QA processes • Conduct profitability and risk analysis based on KPIs and business metrics
