Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer, Python, React
Neogrid
• Work on the development of highly complex software systems • Contribute to software project development, participating in conception, implementation and delivery phases • Collaborate in architecture and software modeling discussions in monolithic and microservices environments • Implement and maintain code in Python and React, ensuring quality, security and performance • Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain technology solutions • Apply development best practices and use design patterns in day-to-day work • Participate in code reviews and provide suggestions for improvements • Stay up to date with technology trends relevant to the company context • Participate in refactoring and optimization of SQL queries • Develop code to handle large volumes of data • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing pipelines
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with Python programming and the React framework
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL Server or PostgreSQL) and writing efficient queries
- Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and perform debugging
- Experience with automated testing (unit and integration tests)
- Strong knowledge of code and system design and architecture
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle change and work in dynamic environments
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of Django or FastAPI is a plus
- Knowledge of Trino is a plus
- Experience using AI in the development process is a plus

Role Description Design and build enterprise-critical backend services that act as a centralized data access layer for internal applications company-wide that integrate with major third-party platforms, including FIS, ODS, and Giact Systems. - Architect scalable, reusable, and secure components using modern .NET technologies and cloud-native patterns. - Collaborate with the Architecture team to ensure that all solutions incorporate secure coding practices and address vulnerabilities during development. - Partner with the Load and Penetration Testing teams to validate the performance and resilience of our APIs under various load conditions, helping to ensure system scalability and data protection. - Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests, conduct root cause analysis on production issues, and participate in full-cycle production deployments and validations. - Work closely with QA, UX, product managers, and architects to align technical requirements and delivery timelines. - Identify performance bottlenecks, propose architectural enhancements, and implement tooling or process optimizations that elevate development efficiency and system observability. - Mentor and guide lower team members and offshore developers.
