Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystems (DSPs, SSPs)
- Deep understanding of OpenRTB protocol and auction mechanics
- Hands-on experience with Prebid.js (header bidding setup and troubleshooting)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve VAST tag and CTV delivery issues
- Familiarity with third-party ad tech platforms such as Innovid
- Experience working with demand platforms like Freewheel and Xandr
- Understanding of tracking, discrepancies, and log-level analysis
- Manage programmatic campaigns (PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed, marketplace deals) across DSP and SSP environments
- Set up, traffic, monitor, and optimize campaigns to ensure correct delivery and performance
- Troubleshoot technical issues including VAST tags, CTV implementations, OpenRTB integrations, and Prebid.js setups
- Coordinate with demand partners (e.g., Freewheel, Xandr) to resolve delivery and deal-related issues
- Support third-party ad tech integrations, including platforms like Innovid
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution
- Maintain documentation and QA processes to ensure operational accuracy and billing integrity

This position provides administrative support to the maintenance management teams at six apartment communities (1266 total homes) located in Bellevue, WA. This is a remote position (required to live within 1 hour of Bellevue, WA) and the schedule is Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p. - Responsible for scheduling repairs with contractors, tracking, and providing final inspection of the work provided by contractors or vendors. - Schedule the service team for timely apartment turnovers, painting, floors, carpets and general cleaning. - Provide inspection of vacant apartments to ensure they are ready for occupancy. Report and schedule maintenance for any issues discovered and report results of turnovers to management. - Provide support for or complete the pre-move-out inspections on a timely basis. - Schedule or assist the service team scheduling of service tickets.
