Onboarding Specialist
ReWorks Solutions
• Lead and facilitate onboarding training sessions for new hires/clients (e.g., BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff) • Develop, maintain, and improve onboarding and training materials (SOPs, guides, videos, presentations) • Ensure new employees are fully trained on internal systems (e.g., Rethink, scheduling platforms, communication tools) • Conduct system walk-throughs and hands-on training to ensure competency • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure training aligns with clinical standards and expectations • Track and monitor training completion and employee readiness before they begin working with clients • Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed post-onboarding • Identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve training programs and processes • Assist with onboarding coordination (documentation, scheduling, system setup) as needed • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding and initial training period
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or employee enablement (healthcare or ABA preferred)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using and training others on multiple systems and software
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, easy-to-understand training
- Proactive, patient, and supportive approach to training

About the role The Revenue Core Functions Team is the backbone of the Revenue team and keeps the entire organization running smoothly. What you get to do every day - Support a successful Onboarding of a new client by collecting company and bank information for one or multiple businesses based on ownership - Proactively reach out to clients to book the account set-up call - Obtain prior recordkeeper documentation and work with the Quality Control team to conduct benefits analysis - Work cross-functionally within our organization (specifically with operations and sales) to make sure customer needs are met - Drive processes forward, managing internal and external stakeholders to keep our customers engaged, happy, and on-track - Identify potential areas for process improvement to help the team scale - Confirm billing information for new clients - Other duties as assigned What you bring to the role - 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial or retirement industry preferred- i.e. account management, onboarding, sales - Working knowledge of the 401(k) product. Compensation - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $24.04 - $26.46 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience.
