AUTO1 Group
• Oversee and drive Sales & Remarketing performance across the Nordic markets, with accountability for volume, revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency • Manage merchant-related processes end-to-end to ensure measurable impact on financial outcomes and merchant satisfaction • Lead, develop, and hold the Sales organisation accountable for meeting and surpassing defined targets • Build and maintain relationships with major automotive partners and stakeholders • Negotiate and close commercial agreements at regional and local levels • Collaborate closely with Operations, Tech & Product, and Finance to design and implement solutions that improve merchant experience and operational throughput • Act as the primary advocate for professional sellers, ensuring consistency, transparency, and service quality across all touchpoints • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, enforcing process discipline and identifying areas for improvement • Work with the Nordic Management team to advance regional strategy and report directly on progress, risks, and required interventions
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Significant experience in Sales or Commercial roles, ideally within automotive, e-commerce, technology, or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams across multiple countries or markets
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to navigate fast-changing, international settings
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English; Danish and/or Finnish is an advantage

RESPONSIBITLIES Client Engagement - Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate investors through consistent communication and personalized service by conducting 100+ outbound calls daily. - Act as a trusted advisor to serve as a consultative partner to real estate investors/clients by educating them on Park Place Finance’s suite of tailored lending solutions & loan products, to help them navigate Fix-and-Flip, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR loan offerings. - Deliver exceptional experience by providing clear, consistent updates throughout the loan lifecycle not only with borrowers but internal teammates & departments. Loan Qualification & Structuring - Guide clients through the investment readiness process, including gathering financials, property details, and business plans. - Analyze borrower experience, deal strength, and risk profile to determine eligibility and alignment with underwriting criteria for a faster & smoother process. - Complete company-provided sizing tools to structure loans in accordance with internal guidelines for an expedited closing. Sales & Pipeline Management - Respond to internal teammates & external inbound inquiries promptly and convert qualified leads into viable loan options. - Monitor deal status and proactively manage follow-ups to avoid delays and maximize conversion. - Submit 1–2 qualified loan deals into processing each week with all required documentation. - Maintain full ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring timely progression from origination to close.
