This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys mentoring, systems thinking, and applying modern quality engineering methodologies at scale. - Lead and facilitate structured requirements practices such as Definition of Ready (DoR), Example Mapping, and Specification by Example to reduce ambiguity and improve clarity across teams. - Coach product managers, engineers, and other quality engineers on behavior-focused acceptance criteria and spec-driven development (SSD) practices. - Embed quality and testability into the earliest stages of the Software Development Lifecycle, influencing backlog refinement and sprint planning. - Translate structured specifications into robust, scalable automated validation artifacts for both API and UI testing. - Contribute to test architecture, framework evolution, and automation best practices, ensuring maintainable, parallelizable, and deterministic tests. - Maintain requirements-to-test traceability and collaborate on CI/CD quality gates and validation pipelines. - Scale best practices across teams using a teach-the-teachers approach, improving organizational maturity in quality and automation. - Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Technical Program Management, and Customer Success to align on clarity, reporting, and traceability improvements. • Establish and maintain PA/QA requirements for mechanisms and structural components. • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical boards for non-conformances and anomalies. • Support materials, mechanical parts, and process selection, including verification and contamination control. • Inspect hardware at various stages (incoming, pre-test, post-test). • Work with suppliers to ensure requirements are met and resolve non-conformances. • Maintain quality management systems and supporting documentation.
