Job Description

Senior Consultant – Strategy & Transformation, Insurance

Inetum

• Define and translate strategy into operational plans using various established models, taking into account regulatory constraints and economic considerations • Define the TOMs (Target Operating Models) for the main functions of insurance sector players • Support clients (360° customer view) in project design and delivery by developing governance frameworks • Implement technological levers such as RPA and AI • Support clients in integrating ESG criteria and emerging risks (e.g., climate risks) • Deploy innovative solutions to accelerate decarbonization of operations and strengthen sustainability criteria

Job Requirements

  • Degree from a leading business school, engineering school, IEP or top university (in France or abroad)
  • Strong interest in financial services in general and insurance in particular
  • Proven experience in consulting and/or working with financial institutions
  • Comfortable in English, both written and spoken
