• Due diligence and fund monitoring in On-chain Projects. • Basic Product Operations: Manage wallet protocol launches and decommissions, perform daily product maintenance, and conduct acceptance testing for new products. • Booster Earn Product Operations: Collaborate with project teams to build campaign products that meet Web3 Wallet Earn requirements; skilled in setting standards, defining requirements, and tracking progress. • On-chain Product Research: Continuously explore new on-chain earning opportunities and propose product solutions to integrate them into the wallet Earn product ecosystem.

Job Requirements

  • Must have deep involvement in on-chain DeFi earning projects, with a strong understanding of on-chain product mechanisms, and be capable of conducting in-depth research and audits of on-chain projects.
  • Should possess both product thinking and an operational mindset, with the ability to drive improvements in user experience.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with experience as on-chain DeFi product managers.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
