• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure across multiple projects. • Own and continuously improve CI/CD platforms and infrastructure-as-code practices using tools such as Terraform, Helm, and cloud-native solutions. • Define and enforce DevOps best practices, standards, and operational guidelines across engineering teams. • Mentor and support DevOps and engineering team members, promoting knowledge sharing and technical growth. • Work closely with Data Engineering and Machine Learning teams to design infrastructure and deployment strategies for data and ML workloads. • Ensure high levels of reliability, observability, and performance by implementing monitoring, logging, and incident response practices. • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex production incidents and coordinate root cause analysis and preventive improvements. • Collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to plan infrastructure strategy, scalability, and long-term platform evolution. • Promote security best practices and ensure infrastructure complies with security and compliance standards. • Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and implement FinOps practices to optimize cloud usage.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar.
  • Advanced expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
  • Strong experience with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes in production.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD systems and experience designing scalable and reliable deployment pipelines.
  • Solid Linux systems knowledge and experience operating production environments.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, architecture, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Experience implementing monitoring, observability, and incident management practices.
  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive DevOps culture across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex production environments.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams in remote-first environments.

  • Experience supporting data-intensive platforms, distributed systems, or machine learning infrastructure.
  • Experience with Python for scripting and automation.
  • Experience working with data platforms such as Databricks, Airflow, or similar.
  • Familiarity with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization strategies.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a growing team that partners closely with Product Engineering, Security, and Support. We are responsible for the reliability, deployment, and continuous operation of the Ivanti Cloud services. We need your help to take our existing platform to the next level with observability, release automation, chaos engineering, and more. Role Description As a Software Engineer in our Clinical Informatics Services division, your mission will be to bridge the gap between complex data and actionable insights. You will analyze, design, and program bespoke and standardized integrations for our clients while building end-to-end data flows from ingestion to consumption.
