Why this role matters: The Site Reliability Engineering role is a blend of infrastructure, networking, operating systems, automation, development, and application administration. It is a hands-on technical position in a fast-paced atmosphere. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a growing team that partners closely with Product Engineering, Security, and Support. We are responsible for the reliability, deployment, and continuous operation of the Ivanti Cloud services. We need your help to take our existing platform to the next level with observability, release automation, chaos engineering, and more. Role Description As a Software Engineer in our Clinical Informatics Services division, your mission will be to bridge the gap between complex data and actionable insights. You will analyze, design, and program bespoke and standardized integrations for our clients while building end-to-end data flows from ingestion to consumption. Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages. - Proven experience developing robust and scalable integrations between software systems. - Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.). - Experience with software version control (Github) and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud-based database services (e.g., Snowflake), data transformation (e.g., dbt), and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow). - Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements. Requirements - Proficiency in container orchestration and containerization using Amazon EKS and Docker. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging using Prometheus and Grafana. Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience with demonstrated progressive increases in responsibilities. - Preferred: Experience within the Life Science Clinical Trial software technology. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to deploy, maintain, and monitor live services. • Concentrate on the design, deployment, and operation of GRC and HRIS services. • Implement and manage tools and technologies vital to core operations processes including data ingestion, validation, scheduling, and risk assessment. • Ensure the solution meets all requirements for availability, security, monitoring, and scaling. • Collaborate with SREs, release engineers, platform architects, and security architects for change execution. • Provide detailed reports on platform availability and performance metrics.

• Build and scale the dedicated infrastructure that powers custom agent integrations. • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure for hosting custom services. • Create flexible and reusable CI/CD pipeline templates for automation. • Champion Infrastructure as Code for standardized service environments. • Manage a Kubernetes-based environment for integration services. • Implement monitoring and observability solutions for performance insight. • Serve as DevOps partner for the Forward Deployed Engineering team. • Develop automation scripts (Python, Go, Bash) for integration services lifecycle. • Support and modernize legacy Azure infrastructure.
