Access Management Analyst (IAM)

• Lead and support internal and external audits, including BACEN, SOX, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001. • Manage and track remediation action plans for identified non-conformities and gaps. • Support regulatory and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to applicable requirements. • Develop, review and maintain information security policies, standards and procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and business units, to strengthen internal controls and security governance. • Serve as the interface with other group entities, including international stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and BACEN.
  • Experience conducting audits and managing information security controls.
  • Experience developing, reviewing and implementing security policies and standards.
  • Intermediate English and Spanish for participating in meetings and reading and writing documents.
  • Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM, CRISC, PCI ISA are a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud security (preferably Azure).
  • Experience implementing data protection best practices and regulatory compliance.
