• Confidently articulate the business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects as a key technical advisor and advocate for our products and services • Actively drive and run the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycles. • Work across a number of opportunities in parallel and manage day-to-day activities such as opportunity qualification, technical discovery, presentations, platform and use case demonstrations, proof of value, sizing, and documentation of technical decision criteria. • Build and nurture rapport with customer stakeholders at all levels and be the trusted advisor to them to help them understand what they can achieve with Neo4j. • Establish, support and maintain positive, trusted relationships at all decision levels within assigned accounts. Support cadence touchpoints with clients as well as communications surrounding key project milestones, providing technical guidance based on the audience expectations (e.g. Advisory Sessions, QBR, Executive Briefing, or Escalation Management). • Serve as a solution advisor and champion for clients using Neo4j, from project onboarding, through production go-live, value realization and potentially expansion. • Track project status, metrics and progress toward key milestones, supporting proactive advisory and consultation to customers, as well as status reporting internal stakeholders. • Co-create reference and solution architectures with our customers, including integrating Neo4j with their existing architecture and applications within a public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on-premise environment. • Stay current on latest Neo4j capabilities, including but not limited to usage and integration with third-party tools and services. • Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. • Help drive demand through the participation in account-based marketing events as well as industry-known conferences and trade shows. • Lead by example and actively foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement. • Travel as needed to assist in deal creation and closure, and provide support to your team as required.

• Build complex agentic systems featuring multi-agent coordination, long-horizon reasoning, and advanced planning frameworks. • Develop full-scale solutions, including domain-specific enterprise agents and high-performance retrieval pipelines (RAG) spanning various data sources. • Optimize inference performance by bringing to bear GPU-accelerated frameworks and the full NVIDIA AI infrastructure stack. • Build hands-on PoCs and reference architectures that serve as the blueprint for production-grade generative AI pipelines. • Collaborate alongside Enterprise ISVs to integrate NVIDIA software into native platforms, accelerating the deployment of production workloads. • Collaborate with diverse internal teams to improve NVIDIA software through feedback from real-world implementations. • Empower partner engineering teams through technical workshops, deep-dive architecture reviews, and developer enablement. • Scale global expertise by crafting reusable assets and documentation that help field teams deploy agentic AI at scale.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work directly with our clients to design and implement technical solutions that leverage Microsoft’s Business Applications tools. You’ll play an active role in leading a cross functional team, creating technical architecture solutions, building relationships with our clients, and overseeing a global development team during the implementation phase. The Senior Solutions Architect is a senior leadership position with the skills and experience to lead our largest, most strategic engagements while also serving as a key participant in the business leadership of the business unit. This individual will have overall responsibility for the strategic leadership of client engagements from a delivery perspective. • Provide services to customers (75%) • Works on complex project scope with minimal direction from Customer/SI nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks. • Contributes to design for specific deliverables and assists in the deployment of Rocket products • Create proof of concept / proof of value technology analysis and pilots. • Conduct external and internal technical presentations/trainings to peer groups. • Uses and contributes to technical forums within the Rocket AMC environment and local professional communities and technical user groups. • Applies own subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common technical issues. • Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action • Participates as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers. • Team Leadership (25%) • Ultimately accountable for Technical solution implementation for project. • Leads a team and communicates project status and risks to all project stakeholders on behalf of the team. • Use technical experience to give customer sound technical advice. • Responsible for knowing the Architecture, versions, and requirements. • Responsible for determining appropriate technical resource requirements for project completion. Works with PM to request resources. • Coordinating with PM on technical communication to customer, any new requirements or changes in scope and impacts to delivering the technical solution. • Determine if change is a product defect or enhancement before communicating to customer. • Responsible for estimating new requirements of Project and gaining Architect or Manager approval. • Conducting or assigning code reviews.
