As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work directly with our clients to design and implement technical solutions that leverage Microsoft’s Business Applications tools. You’ll play an active role in leading a cross functional team, creating technical architecture solutions, building relationships with our clients, and overseeing a global development team during the implementation phase. The Senior Solutions Architect is a senior leadership position with the skills and experience to lead our largest, most strategic engagements while also serving as a key participant in the business leadership of the business unit. This individual will have overall responsibility for the strategic leadership of client engagements from a delivery perspective. Additionally, the role will work closely with Business Developers, and be responsible for ongoing client development and relationship management activities. • Provide services to customers (75%) • Works on complex project scope with minimal direction from Customer/SI nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks. • Contributes to design for specific deliverables and assists in the deployment of Rocket products • Create proof of concept / proof of value technology analysis and pilots. • Conduct external and internal technical presentations/trainings to peer groups. • Uses and contributes to technical forums within the Rocket AMC environment and local professional communities and technical user groups. • Applies own subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common technical issues. • Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action • Participates as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers. • Team Leadership (25%) • Ultimately accountable for Technical solution implementation for project. • Leads a team and communicates project status and risks to all project stakeholders on behalf of the team. • Use technical experience to give customer sound technical advice. • Responsible for knowing the Architecture, versions, and requirements. • Responsible for determining appropriate technical resource requirements for project completion. Works with PM to request resources. • Coordinating with PM on technical communication to customer, any new requirements or changes in scope and impacts to delivering the technical solution. • Determine if change is a product defect or enhancement before communicating to customer. • Responsible for estimating new requirements of Project and gaining Architect or Manager approval. • Conducting or assigning code reviews.

• Manage end-to-end client implementations of Gong, HubSpot, and RevOps systems • Act as primary contact for clients throughout implementation projects • Collaborate with revenue leaders to align business objectives with technical solutions • Develop project deliverables, including testing and support transitions • Facilitate communication and status updates among stakeholders • Ensure implementation quality and scalability

• Work with clients on short to medium term customer engagements on their big data challenges using the Databricks platform • Provide data engineering, data science, and cloud technology projects • Integrating with client systems, training, and other technical tasks to help customers to get most value out of their data • RSAs are billable and know how to complete projects according to specification with excellent customer service • Report to the regional Manager/Lead • Work on a variety of impactful customer technical projects which may include designing and building reference architectures, creating how-to's and productionalizing customer use cases • Guide strategic customers as they implement transformational big data projects, 3rd party migrations, including end-to-end design, build and deployment of industry-leading big data and AI applications • Consult on architecture and design; bootstrap or implement customer projects • Provide an escalated level of support for customer operational issues • Work with the Databricks technical team, Project Manager, Architect and Customer team to ensure the technical components of the engagement are delivered to meet customer's needs • Work with Engineering and Databricks Customer Support to provide product and implementation feedback and to guide rapid resolution for engagement specific product and support issues
