• The Senior Learning Designer plays a critical role in shaping the quality, consistency, and impact of online learning experiences for a dedicated university partnership. • Acting as a trusted advisor to academics and institutional leaders, this role leads the design, development, and continuous improvement of online courses and programs. • Within Academic Services, the Senior Learning Designer provides leadership in learning design practice, mentors Learning Designers and Associate Learning Designers, and contributes to broader quality, capability-building, and innovation initiatives. • Through strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and expert application of learning design frameworks and technologies, this role directly influences learner experience, partner satisfaction, and program success.
Job Requirements
- Typically 7–10 years’ experience designing and delivering high-quality online learning in higher education or comparable adult learning environments.
- Demonstrated ability to apply pedagogical frameworks, adult learning principles, and accessibility standards to complex course and program design challenges.
- Proven experience working closely with academics, subject-matter experts, and senior stakeholders to shape curriculum and guide design decisions.
- Experience managing multiple courses or programs concurrently, balancing priorities while maintaining focus on quality, timelines, and outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, review, and support colleagues to build capability and consistency in learning design practice.

Role Description We’re seeking a dynamic AutoCAD Drafter to support our Engineering Services Team. In this role, you will develop Engineering Judgments/Technical Evaluations and produce accurate 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD. You’ll work closely with engineers and subject matter experts to interpret specifications, create detailed documentation, and maintain consistent, high‑quality system files. This position focuses on precision, clarity, and timely delivery within established service‑level expectations. This role is remote‑friendly. Candidates within commuting distance of our Somerville, New Jersey headquarters will be required to complete initial onsite training and may be asked to come into the office for periodic meetings or collaboration.
