Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including mentoring or providing guidance to team members. - Proficiency with Angular (v17+), C#, ASP.NET, .NET, SQL, and front-end application development. - Strong expertise in Angular architecture, component-based design, and performance optimization. - Experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, messaging, caching, and both SQL and NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with professional software engineering practices, including SDLC, coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. - Experience with ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, Dapper, Dependency Injection, Nunit, xUnit, Moq, Postman, Jest, Splunk, Datadog, and Git is preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to guide technical discussions and mentor colleagues. - Passion for continuous learning and staying current with programming and web development trends. • Represents the Application Operations / Development team on all active projects. • Participates in the daily application operations / development stand-up meetings. • Follows established procedures for change management across applications where changes are necessary. • Documents and maintains the application operations / development standard operating procedures. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that meets the industry standards and best practices. • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to API services, databases, and other backend systems. • Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions • Support assessments of internal systems and process, including revisions or re-design where necessary • Support technology reviews assessing how common code and technologies can work efficiently across service lines • Support continued adoption of cutting-edge technology, through both new offerings and realizing the full value from existing providers and tools • Configure and update client-facing applications exactly as per requirements gathered by engagement teams and follow the Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) guidelines in this process. • Creates WIKI articles for common processes that are repeated and can be shared with others. • Configure Single Sign On integrations for client builds. • Support the development of product unit tests that will be used for future application regression testing. • Measures application development key performance indicators, for example: bug density, sprint analysis, test coverage, etc.

What we expect from you: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). A Master’s degree is a plus. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering, with a product development focus. - Strong hands-on experience with react, typescript, javascript, and full stack development is required. - Proven track record of successful delivery of product features, from technical planning to implementation to successful completion. - Solid product and analytical thinking, with the ability to work with product managers to evaluate tradeoffs, assess technical feasibility, and provide input on scope and prioritization based on complexity and effort. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Bay Area candidates preferred, or open to occasional travel as needed.
