• Design, implement, and maintain **CI/CD pipelines supporting Microsoft Dynamics environments**. • Automate build, test, and deployment processes for **Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM solutions**. • Manage and optimize cloud and infrastructure resources supporting Dynamics applications. • Implement **infrastructure as code (IaC)** and configuration management practices. • Support environment provisioning, monitoring, and incident management. • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of Dynamics customizations and solutions. • Manage release management processes across development, staging, and production environments. • Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices within DevOps workflows. • Monitor system performance and availability, troubleshooting issues affecting Dynamics deployments. • Document processes, pipelines, and deployment standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM) — this is a mandatory requirement.**
- Proven experience in **DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline design, and automation**.
- Experience with **Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version control and pipeline tools**.
- Strong experience with **Microsoft Azure cloud services**.
- Experience managing deployments and integrations within **Microsoft Dynamics environments**.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Role Description This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud-native technologies, focusing on designing, deploying, and maintaining robust OpenShift environments. The OpenShift Platform Engineer will manage container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable platforms.
