Senior Software Engineer
Xepelin
• Empujar visión técnica de largo plazo para componentes críticos de la plataforma y delinear roadmap para entregar valor en plazos definidos. • Diseñar sistemas y arquitectura con impacto en múltiples equipos. • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios y sistemas escalables y resilientes. • Desarrollar “hands-on” para desplegar proyectos críticos y capturar valor para clientes. • Liderar con el ejemplo para levantar estándares técnicos, calidad y eficiencia a lo largo de Xepelin. • Asegurar la calidad de las funcionalidades entregadas a producción, garantizando su estabilidad y correcto funcionamiento. • Brindar soporte y mantener un acercamiento proactivo con usuarios internos y externos para resolver incidencias y recabar feedback. • Colaborar con los stakeholders en la organización incluyendo ingeniería, producto, diseño, plataforma, etc. • Mentorear a ingenieros en su plan de carrera técnico para potenciar su desarrollo.
Job Requirements
- Tienes +5 años totales de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
- Eres experto diseñando de servicios distribuidos escalables.
- Tienes experiencia relevante en desarrollo de servicios y sistemas de alta calidad.
- Tienes experiencia liderando técnicamente proyectos complejos que involucran a múltiples equipos de ingeniería e impacto transversal en la plataforma.
- Tienes experiencia demostrable desarrollando mejores prácticas de ingeniería y subiendo nivel de eficiencia para desarrollos de equipos.
- Brillas trabajando en equipo multidisciplinario con distintos skills (producto, data, tech, growth, etc.), niveles de expertise y contextos.
