Job Requirements
- Proven, recent track record in direct sales and Key Account Management of complex, high-tech industrial solutions (ideally software-enabled hardware/robotics) within the Oil & Gas and Chemical industries
- Deep understanding of the O&G ecosystem, including operators, service companies, and EPC contractors
- Exceptional knowledge of GCC procurement structures, vendor registration processes, and NOC governance models is highly preferred
- A relentless, go-getter mentality with the resilience to navigate ambiguity, create demand where budgets may not yet exist, and persist through long industrial sales cycles
- The gravitas to confidently engage senior stakeholders and autonomously resolve commercial or operational tensions in a composed, solution-oriented manner
- Strong ability to position robotics within broader industrial automation and digital transformation ecosystems (DCS, asset integrity, IIoT platforms)
- Expertise in using state-of-the-art CRM systems to drive objective pipeline management and accurate forecasting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; highly adaptable to cultural differences in global enterprise accounts
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
