Role Description As a Field Robotics Engineer at Carbon Robotics you are responsible for ensuring customer success via successful implementation and support of Carbon Robotics Equipment. You'll be responsible for owning, scheduling, and prioritizing maintenance tasks on the Laser Weeders as well as owning and ensuring successful implementations. This includes training of operators, making usage recommendations based on agronomic knowledge and implementing set up. You will also act as a liaison to engineering and product departments by communicating customer wishes and complaints, equipment performance and pain points or bottlenecks.
