Enterprise Sales Executive – Payment Orchestration

• Build prospect engagement strategies and build a qualified pipeline in cold and warm channels. • Execute the entire sales process, pitch our next-generation payment orchestration solution and value-added services to Digital goods, e-commerce and B2C global enterprises. • Drive urgency and mutual action plans, as the main point of contact for these businesses, and implement winning negotiation strategies for C-suite stakeholders at prospective merchants. • Become an expert on Solidgate’s technology stack, help new merchants understand the value of Payment Orchestration, how it can solve their pains, and handle detailed questions about our product capabilities. • Supervise the compliance processes and technical implementation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for prospective merchants. • Launch and ramp up new merchants, monitoring target metrics and using a data-driven approach towards identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in sales or business development roles at SaaS, fintech/paytech, e-commerce, or other B2B companies across the EU.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to sales.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a knack for managing complexity, prioritizing effectively, and driving smart, data-informed decisions.
  • Committed to continuous learning and taking pride in your work.
  • A deep understanding of the payments ecosystem - from acquiring and processing to fraud prevention, routing, and compliance - would be a plus!
