• Oversee complex projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements • Manage multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication among team members • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget • Determine and allocate necessary resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure project success • Monitor project progress, conduct performance reviews, and implement quality assessments to ensure deliverables meet established standards

• Act as the single-point contact with the customer for the entire assigned Upgrade Projects, and constantly build up constructive relationship with the Customer. • Responsible for managing projects including safety, quality, time, and cost. • Own the customer satisfaction. • Responsible for the development, approval, issue, distribution and maintenance of the Projects Execution Plan, Division of Work and associated budgets to the relevant Projects Team Members and support groups. • Manage changes to scope, claims, risks and opportunities. • Advise of any major issues, and especially those affecting commercial or schedule aspects of the contract for the Senior Project Management Manager to review and accept. • Maintain the utilization of project database and tools (ProdiGE, OneSteam ERP, e-project, Project and QPR report). • Perform close out review and report as appropriate. • Follow up the financial milestone and initiate the finance controller to invoice customers, manage the cash control and max cashflow. • Offer supports to sale department to the tending activities of potential Upgrade Projects. • Keep the Senior Project Management Manager, ITR Directors, and Subregion Leaders properly and promptly informed of all his/her projects execution. • Issue regular internal reports and manage QPR and PMR as appreciate. • Undertake other tasks as may be requested by the Senior Project Management Manager.

• Serve as the Senior GEV representative and primary customer focal point, owning stakeholder relationships and driving issue resolution throughout each upgrades/repair project as assigned. • Direct project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, field/outage execution, and performance demonstration. • Champion on-time delivery, fulfillment of contract deliverables, and margin attainment through effective leadership and facilitation. • Interpret and implement contract terms and conditions; manage financials including pricing, cost, forecasts, margin, invoicing, receivables, and risk provisions. • Drive project schedule in collaboration with the Planner/Scheduler; proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks as needed. • Manage and communicate project changes with the customer and team, following established change management processes. • Maintain accurate project data in the management system, including scope, schedule, financials, and risks; ensure documentation is current. • Provide regular status updates, lead project reviews, and capture lessons learned and best practices, including Cost-of-Poor Quality cases. • Adhere to CM & Upgrade Project Management Required
